Where do I collect a trail guide from?

Trail guides are available from 28 November at Sheffield BID's Visitor Welcome Hub, Surrey Street (next to The Winter Garden).

Participating venues will also stock a small supply of trail guides. You can also download and print one at home (link not yet active).

How does it work?

You'll find some handy clues on the trail guide to help you find the missing airline tickets. There are seven in total located at seven different venues in Sheffield city centre.

Follow the clues on the trail guide, complete the challenge, then return the completed trail guide to the Visitor Welcome Hub, Surrey Street (next to The Winter Garden) to claim your child’s free gift.

If you’re doing the trail on Christmas Eve, please head back to the Hub in plenty of time (as we’ll be closing at 4pm prompt).

Is the trail free?

Yes, this is a completely free activity and there’s a special free gift waiting for every child who completes the trail.

How far apart are the trail venues?

You’ll find participating venues at The Moor (2), Heart of the City (1), Orchard Square (1), Fargate (1), High Street (1) and Arundel Gate (1).
