Brearley Bear's Christmas Collectibles - prize draw terms and conditions

How to enter:
  • There are 30 cards to collect at participating venues (whilst stocks last) between 25 November 2023 and 7 January 2024.
  • When you collect all 30 from the series, upload a photograph of the complete set to enter into the prize draw. There is no cost to enter the prize draw. 
  • The prize draw is open to members of the public aged 18 years and over (excluding employees (or their family members)) of Sheffield City Centre BID Ltd.
About the prize:
  • Win a one-day trip to Lapland in Finland for a family of up to five next December (includes flights). 
  • An alternative prize of a £2,000 Sheffield City Gift Card is available. 
  • There is no cash alternative.
Terms and conditions:
  • This festive prize is available for Christmas 2024.
  • Entrants must have collected all 30 of the Brearley Bear Collectibles cards.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over to claim the prize. For those under 18 years of age, the prize must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The prize is based on a family of up to five assuming two adults and three children between the ages of 2 to 11 years but not older than 15 years of age. Please note that this trip may be unsuitable for children under 2 years of age due to extreme temperatures.
  • The approximate value of this prize is £2,000.
  • An alternative prize of a £2,000 Sheffield City Gift Card is available.
  • There is no cash alternative.
  • The winner, if choosing the trip to Lapland, must be willing to travel from a designated UK airport subject to availability of dates and must arrange their own travel insurance including winter sports cover.
About the prize draw:
  • The prize draw will take place at 10am on Friday, 19 January 2024.
  • The draw will determine the winner of the prize, chosen at random. The winner of the draw will be notified within seven days of the draw date in writing or by telephone.
  • Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random will win the prize.
  • Sheffield BID reserves the right to alter, amend or otherwise change the terms of the prize draw without prior notification.
Data protection:
  • When entering the prize draw, In accordance with the prevailing data protection legislation (GDPR), your personal data will be stored and processed by Sheffield City Centre BID Limited for the purpose of only administering the prize draw.
