Santa's Study

Join us for an immersive family experience set in the magical festive setting of Santa’s Study. Enter our enchanted forest to reveal a fun, playful space with lots of funny details to be discovered when you enter Santa's warm and cosy study.

This is Santa’s study, where he comes to read and answer letters and do all his planning. 

He’s busy up at the North Pole at the moment making all the toys but he usually comes here late at night to write and think. 

Whilst Santa's away, the elves are on hand to provide a warm, festive welcome to children who want to come and write their letters to the Big Man.

Children can then post their letters in Santa's special post box.

Opening times 

Santa's Study is open at weekends from Saturday, 25 November, and daily from w/c 18 December 2023 until Christmas Eve.

Saturdays – 10am to 5pm 

Sundays – 11am to 4pm (including Christmas Eve)

w/c 18th December – 10am to 5pm daily (Mon-Fri and weekend times as above)

Entry

Entry to Santa's Study is free, no admission ticket is required. Please expect to queue at peak times although the elves will be around to entertain restless children.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Santa's Study experience, we are only able to welcome assistance dogs.

Other information

Toilet facilities are available at the venue and there is an area for buggies/pushchairs.
